Home Renovation Construction Laborer
General construction that includes, demolition, framing, building temporary structures, using power tools and other equipment, framing and finishing work. Includes all aspects of residential construction. If skills are lacking we are able to teach.
Preferred:
- 5 years of related job experience-plumbing and/or electrical experience are a must
- Must be able to use basic hand tools
- Dependable
- Have reliable transportation
- Task-Oriented
- Self starter
- Problem Solving
- Excellent customer Service and communication skills
- Able to work as a team
- Must pass a drug screening at any given time
- Must be able to provide professional business references
